混杂纤维增强摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 采用芳纶纤维和钢纤维为增强纤维,通过不同配比制备试样,采用JF151型定速式摩擦实验机进行测试。两种试样的衰退率和磨损率对比分析表明,当钢纤维和芳纶纤维质量配比为4∶1时,高温摩擦系数更稳定,热稳定性能好。利用各温度点的摩擦系数散点图的线性回归曲线斜率比较了摩擦系数的稳定性,在150℃温度点下,两种配方的摩擦系数稳定性最好,在350℃的衰退过程中,配方2比配方1摩擦系数稳定性更好。 In this test, two samples have been prepared with different proportions reinforcing fibers for kevlar and steel fiber. The friction and wear experiments of these two samples were performed on JF151 friction testing machine. By comparing fading rate and wear rate of two kinds of samples,the results showed that mixing the steel fiber and kevlar fiber in the proportion of four to one,the friction materials have the better tribology performance and the friction coefficient is more stable at high temperature.The stability of the friction coefficient is evaluated by using the slope of the linear regression curve of the friction coefficient of each temperature point. At the temperature of 150 ℃, the friction coefficient of the two formulations is the best.In the process of 350 ℃ fading,the friction coefficient stability of formula 2 is better than formula 1.
