植物精油对加成型液体硅橡胶抗藻性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 针对硅橡胶材料表面易生长藻类微生物,导致材料表面疏水性降低的问题,将肉桂油(CiO)、百里香油(ThO)和牛至油(OrO)三种植物精油加入加成型液体硅橡胶(ALSR)中,研究了植物精油对ALSR硫化特性、力学性能、热稳定性和抗藻性能的影响。结果表明,添加1.0phr的CiO会影响ALSR的硫化反应,使ALSR的力学性能和热稳定性下降;而添加1.0phr ThO或OrO对ALSR的硫化反应和热稳定性无明显影响,而且拉伸强度分别从7.4MPa提升至9.2MPa和9.3MPa,断裂伸长率分别从549%提升至644%和678%。抗藻测试表明,添加三种植物精油均可提高ALSR的抗藻性能,其中添加ThO和OrO的抗藻性能优于CiO。 Aiming at the deterioration of hydrophobicity caused by the colonization of algae on the surface of addition cure liquid silicone rubber (ALSR),cinnamon oil (CiO),thyme oil (ThO) and o riganum oil (OrO) were respectively added into ALSR,and the effects of essential oils on curing reac tion ,mechanical properties,thermal stability and anti algae property of ALSR were investigated.It was found that the introduction of 1 phr CiO would affect the curing reaction and lead to the decrease of the mechanical properties and thermal stability of ALSR. However , little influence on curing reaction and thermal stability was observed after adding 1 phr ThO or OrO into ALSR,the tensile strengths of ThO/ALSR and OrO/AI.SR were improved from 7.4 MPa to 9.2 MPa and 9.3 MPa,and elongation at breaks were improved from 549% to 644% and 678%,respectively.The addition of the three kinds of essential oils all could improve the anti algae property of ALSR, and ThO and OrO were superior to CiO.
