摘要
采用毛细管流变仪、橡胶加工分析仪、哈普转矩流变仪、透射电镜(TEM)等方法研究了返炼条件对白炭黑/石墨烯复合填料填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/顺丁橡胶(CB24)胎面胶填料分散及剪切黏度、入口压力降等加工流变性的影响。结果表明,随着薄通次数的增加,填料在胎面胶中的团聚程度降低,分散性变好;胶料的门尼黏度、剪切黏度、入口压力降降低;挤出物外观变好。
In this paper,we studied the effect of remilling condition on filler dispersion,shear vis cosity,inlet pressure drop and other processing rheological properties of SSBR/BR compounds rein forced by silica and graphene with capillary rheometer, rubber processing analyzer, torque rheometer, TEM and other means.The results showed that with the increase of remilling passing time, degree of agglomeration of the filler reduced and dispersion of the filler improved;the Mooney viscosity, shear viscosity,and inlet pressure drop of the compounds reduced;and the appearance of the extrudate be came better.
