Observation on the Theraputical Effect of 107 Cases of Central Serous Retinitis Treated with Inserted He-Ne Laser Acupuncture

刺入式氦一氖激光针灸(简称光针)是以极细的光导纤维通过特制的空心针,将氦一氖激光导入机体经穴内,进行体内照射。国内用氦一氖激光体表照射治疗中心性浆液性视网膜炎(简称网膜炎)已有很多报导,但用于体内照射的报导不多。

The author employed the inserted He-Ne laseracupuncture to treat 107 cases with 177 eyes ofcentral serous retinitis.Qiuhou and Binao wereprescribed as primary points and Jingming andTaiyang were as secondary points.The light needleof 2 miliwatt is adjusted to focus the red light atone spot,then is soaked into 75% alcoho for 10minutes for sterilization.The light needle is inser-ted into the above points and retained for 10 minu-tes after the arrival of Qi.The treatment is oncedaily,10 sessions constitute one course and there isa 3-day break before a new course starts.The re-sult revealed 126 eyes of basical cure,25 of markedeffectiveness,18 of improvement,and 8 of failure.The total effective rate was 95.5 per cent.
