京津冀城镇化绿色转型问题研究与实现路径

Study on the Green Transformation and Implementation Path of Urbanization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

京津冀地区处于城镇化快速发展阶段,生态环境问题是京津冀协同发展面临的最大瓶颈和制约因素,以往蔓延式粗放型的城镇化发展模式对生态环境造成了严重的破坏。在京津冀协同发展过程中,亟须推进城镇化的绿色转型,走一条与生态环境保护需求相适应的可持续的新型城镇化发展模式。文章通过分析京津冀地区城镇化发展的特征与不足,探究制约其城镇化绿色转型的关键问题,进而提出京津冀地区城镇化绿色转型的实现路径。

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is rapidly urbanizing. The ecological environmental problem is a bottleneck for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development. The extensive development pattern of urbanization in the past has caused serious damage to the ecological environment. In the process of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, it is urgent to promote the green transformation of urbanization and take a new pattern of sustainable urbanization which is in line with the needs of the ecological environment protection. This paper analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of the urbanization development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and finds out the key issues restricting the green transformation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urbanization, then puts forward the ways to realize the green transformation of urbanization.
