移动护理信息模块在神经内科临床护理中的应用及效果评价

Application and effect evaluation of mobile nursing information module in clinical nursing of Neurology Department

目的探讨移动护理信息模块在神经内科临床护理中的应用与效果。方法我院于2015年10月将移动护理信息模块应于神经内科护理工作中,统计分析应用前后1年住院病人高危压疮和跌倒上报人数及发生率、患者及家属健康宣教情况。结果应用前后科室高危压疮上报人数及科室院内跌倒上报人数均增多,科室院内压疮发生率及高危跌倒发生率、患者(家属)健康教育效果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立的移动护理信息模块有利于科室护理的同质化管理,护理工作方便快捷,能提高护理工作效率,减少安全隐患。

Objective To investigate the mobile nursing information module in the application and effect in neurology clinical nursing. Methods In October 2015,the mobile nursing information module was applied to the nursing work of the Department of Neurology. The statistical analysis was applied one year before and after the hospitalization of patients with high-risk pressure sores and falling reports,and the number and incidence of patients and their families ＇health education. Results After the application of the mobile nursing information module,the high risk pressure sore reporting rate and the high risk fall number increased,and the incidence of pressure sore in the department,the high risk fall reporting rate of the department. the patient（ family members） health education results had significant difference compared with no application of the mobile nursing information module（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The established mobile nursing information module is beneficial to the homogenous management of the nursing department. The nursing work is convenient and quick which improves nursing work efficiency and the safety hidden danger is reduced.
