社会网络在管理学研究中应用的文献计量分析

社会网络在管理学研究中的应用越来越广泛,文献数量众多,文献选题纷繁复杂,亟待运用科学计量方法进行特征定位的梳理研究。本文借助文献计量软件CitespaceⅢ,以ISI Web of Science核心合集数据库中的英文文献为研究对象,运用共词聚类分析法和战略坐标图示法进行研究。分析结果发现,"知识转移"、"知识共享"和"知识创造"所组成的聚类是社会网络应用于管理学研究中关注度最高的选题,但新颖度数值为负,属于知识管理领域中的基础型研究;"国际创业"、"新创企业国际化"和"国际新创企业"所组成的聚类是社会网络应用于管理学研究中新颖度最高的选题,但关注度数值为负,属于创业管理领域中的潜在型研究。

The application of social network is becoming more and more widespread in the study of management, the amount of literature is considerable, and the topics of literature are complicated, so scientific measurement is urgently needed to research on feature location. This paper uses bibliometrics software CitespaceⅢ, then takes the English literature from ISI Web of Science as research object, using co-word cluster analysis and strategic coordinate graphic method to conduct our research. The analysis results show that the cluster composed of “knowledge transfer”, “knowledge sharing ” and “knowledge creation” attracts the highest attention in the application of social network in the study of management, but the novelty value of the cluster is negative, so it belongs to the basic research in the field of knowledge management. The cluster which is composed of “international entrepreneurship”, “new venture internationalization” and “international new venture” is the most novel topic in the application of social network in the study of management, but its value of attention is negative, and belongs to potential research in the field of entrepreneurship management.
