醒脑开窍针法联合生物反馈在脑卒中伴肩关节半脱位中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察醒脑开窍针法联合肌电生物反馈疗法对脑卒中(CS)伴肩关节半脱位患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分及肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年3月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院CS伴肩关节半脱位患者82例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用肌电生物反馈疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用醒脑开窍针法治疗。采用NIHSS评分评估对比两组神经功能缺损情况,采用肩关节功能评分量表(Constant–Murley)评估对比治疗前后两组肩关节功能情况。结果:治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Constant–Murley评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法联合肌电生物反馈疗法治疗CS伴肩关节半脱位患者,可降低NIHSS评分,促进肩关节功能恢复。 Objective To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with electromyography feedback therapy on national institutes of health neurological defi cits(NIHSS) score and shoulder function in patients with stroke(CS) with shoulder subluxation. Methods 82 patients with CS with shoulder subluxation in Zhengzhou Central Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group 41 cases. The control group was treated with myoelectric biofeedback therapy, and the observation group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS score was used to evaluate the neurological defi cits of the two groups, and the shoulder function scores before and after treatment were evaluated by Constant-Murley evaluation. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group, and the Constant-Murley score was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with electromyography feedback therapy can reduce the NIHSS score and promote the recovery of shoulder function.
