针刺麻醉拔牙1153例总结

Summary of 1153 Cases of Tooth Extraction under Acupuncture Anesthesia

自1971年至1989年以来,我们采用针刺麻醉拔牙1153例,疗效良好,颇受病友欢迎,现报道如下。一般资料本组1153例中,男457例,女696例;年龄最大为78岁,最小为3.5岁;

The authors utilized acupuncture anesthesia to dothe operation of tooth extraction,and the chief pointsare local ones around the affected tooth,such asRenzhong,Sibai,Xiaguan,Jiache,Chengjiang,etc.Joint needling from Sibai to Yingxiang,from Daying to chengjiang,from Renzhong to Yingxiang etc.Canbe performed according to the condition of the dise-ase,and Hegu can be combined in all the cases.After the insertion,the needles are rotated 180 to200 times per minute and the amplitude of the rota-tion is from 90 to 180 degree.The manipulation lastsfor 3 to 5 minutes and the operation can start whenthe sensation of soreness,distention,numbness,hea-viness or senselessness of the tongue tip appears.In1153 cases,the anesthetic effect of 429 cases(37.2%)was excellent,that of 543 cases(47.1%)was good,that of 148 cases(12.9%)was fair andthat of 33 cases was failure(2.9%).
