摘要
高校有效实施创新创业教育必须关注三个关键环节:一是理念设计,二是制度设计,三是平台设计。创新创业教育是全过程的、全覆盖的、全链条的、面向未来的。创新创业教育的制度设计途径包括纳入学科建设、改革教学管理、重构课程体系、强化激励约束四个方面。创新创业教育需要打造知识空间、创客空间和孵化空间三个平台。
The effective implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities must focus on three key links： the concept design, the system design, and the platform design.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a full process, full coverage, full chain and future oriented. The institutional design of innovation and entrepreneurship education includes four aspects： discipline construction,reform of teaching management, reconstruction of curriculum system, and encouragement and restraint. Innovation and entrepreneurship education needs to build three platforms： knowledge space, creating customer space and incubating space.
