大学有效教学的机制设计与模式创新——基于学科素养提升的视角 被引量:9

The Mechanism Design and Pattern Innovation of Effective Teaching in Universities——From the perspective of promotion of disciplinary competencies

摘要 在学科素养场域内,大学有效教学存在诸多现实阻碍,如结果与过程失衡、技术与内容失衡、灌输与互动失衡以及知识与情感失衡。因此,在学科素养提升的视角下,应通过过程强化、技术嵌入、互动促进、情感提升等相应的机制设计来提升大学教学的有效性;以教学赋权、教学赋能、学习取向、自主支持等方式推动大学有效教学的模式创新。 In the field of disciplinary competencies, there are many practical obstacles to effective teaching in universities, such as imbalance between teaching results and processes, imbalance between teaching technology and content, imbalance between teaching inculcation and interaction, and imbalance between teaching knowledge and emotion. Therefore, in the perspective of the promotion of disciplinary competencies, effective teaching can be enhanced through some mechanism such as process intensification, technology promotion, enhancing interaction and emotion. The mode innovation of effective teaching in universities is promoted by means of teaching empowerment, enhancing competencies, learning orientation, independent support and so on.
