基于DIALux的煤矿巷道照明模拟及照度分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了深入分析煤矿井下巷道不同灯具布置方式下的照度水平,为巷道灯具布置和优化提供科学的比较方法,结合山西长治某矿巷道及其灯具布置参数,使用照明计算软件DIALux对其巷道照明进行模拟计算,提出了11种改进方案并进行分析比较。结果表明:1)在灯具安装高度一定的情况下,平均照度随安装角度的增加先增大后减小;2)平均照度和最大照度随灯具安装高度的降低而增大,照度均匀度和最小照度随安装高度降低呈先增加后减小的趋势;3)灯具总光通量一定时,使用小功率灯具分散照明比使用大功率灯具集中照明能获得更好的照明效果。首次将DIALux用于煤矿井下照明模拟,论证其适用性,并给出实现煤矿巷道照明模拟的建模方法。 This paper is aimed at making a detailed analysis of the proper illumination level in the coal mine tunnels so as to provide a scientific comparative method on how to arrange and optimize the tunnel lighting. For the above mentioned purpose,we have worked out 11 types of the renovated lighting schemes through simulation and testing the tunnel illumination actually needed based on the calculating the tunnel parameters and the variety of lamp layouts by taking a certain coal mine in Changzhi,Shanxi,as a case study sample with a software named DIALux.At the same time,we have also tried to use the distributed lighting of lower power lamps to a place of the centralized lighting of high-power ones so as to make clear the optimaled installation height and the angles as a result of analysis and comparison. As a result,it has been found that:( 1) At a certain installation height,the average illumination level tends to increase first and then decrease with the increase of the installation angles. Therefore,attention should be properly paid to the adjustment or regulation of the inclination angle so as to increase the illumination effect and efficiency of the tunnel lights and heighten the efficiency of the light sources;( 2) We have also found that the average illumination and the maximum illumination effect should be increased with the decrease of the installation height,though the illumination uniformity and the minimum illumination degree tend to increase first and then decrease with the decrease of the installation heights. Therefore,the optimalized choice of the installation heights of the lamps should be made to ensure higher average illumination and better illumination uniformity;( 3) Given a certain total illumination influx,properly distributed lighting arrangment of low-power lamps can also be in a position to offer a better lighting effect than the centralized lighting of the high-power lamps. Henceforth,it would make it pomsible to realize energy consumption and optimalized tunnel illumination simply by changing the ways and positions of the illumination. Thus,it can be concluded that the research findings of the present paper can be expected to provide a renovated modeling approach to optimizing the illumination pattern or patterns for the coal mining tunnels by using the DIALux model and demonstrating its applicability in an appropriate and easily-rearranged manner.
