基于SPSS的独流减河水生态水环境相关关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 为提升独流减河干流水生态水平,增强水生态管理能力,亟需建立独流减河水生态水环境响应模型,实现通过管理水环境调节水生态的目的。于2017年在独流减河干流10个断面采集了120个水样、40个生物样品,进行了水质检测和藻类鉴定。结果表明:独流减河干流以Cl^-和Na~+为主要离子,平均质量浓度分别为4 774.35mg/L、2 137.35 mg/L;总氮、总磷质量浓度高,平均质量浓度分别为4.17 mg/L、0.46 mg/L;Pb、Cd污染较重,平均质量浓度分别为0.1mg/L、0.05 mg/L;藻类以蓝藻门的数量最多、绿藻门种类最多。基于SPSS平台对水生态指数和水质因子进行相关性分析,并建立了水生态回归模型。结果表明,独流减河藻类香农多样性指数与水体中的氮磷比呈反比例关系,要保证较高的水生态多样性,水体中氮磷比需要控制在8.83以下。 The paper is inclined to establish an aquatic eco-environmental response model to find the response of the river water quality to the aquatic ecosystem. According to the correlation regularity between the water quality and the aquatic ecology,the paper has brought about the demands of the water quality control measures under the different aquatic ecological goals. As a matter of fact,in response to the research demands,we have collected10 water samples in the monthly order and 10 aquatic organism samples seasonly in the Duliujian River. And,then,we have tested the water quality of the river and identified as well as determined the algae species therein. The results of our investigation and evaluation prove that,the elements of Cl-and Na+turn to be the main ions in the river with the average concentration rates of4 774. 35 mg/L and 2 137. 35 mg/L,and those of TN and TP are relatively high in the average content concentration of 4. 17 mg/L and 0. 46 mg/L. Besides,there exist seriously pollutants of Pb and Cd with the average concentration rates of 0. 1 mg/L and0. 05 mg/L. Particularly speaking,the Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta remain to be the main aquatic plant species. Furthermore,on the basis of the results of the correlation analysis by SPSS,it has been found that the Shannon diversity index has had a significant correlation with the existence of TN/TP,Ca2 +,NO-3-N and Fe. Thus,we have established the aquatic eco-environmental response model,and then verified and validated it. The model analysis shows that the algae Shannon diversity index is inversely proportional to the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus in the water under study. Moreover,the greater the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus,the less the diversity index of algal blooms will be. Therefore,to ensure high aquatic diversity,it is necessary to control the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus in the water at least below8. 83. Besides,the paper has for the first time made an analysis of the relationship between the water environment and the aquatic environmental ecology by means of the volumenous data statistics so as to build up a regression model among the related factors.Hence,the paper has not only put forward a new idea for the water environment protection in the country,but also offered a technical support for the water quality control in the Duliujian River of Tianjin via the calculation of the water quality control needs of the aquatic ecology health targets.
