摘要
在我国炉型多样、煤种多变、长时间低负荷运行现状下,对多台套不同工况下电除尘器性能进行测试,分析对比了炉型、煤种、负荷、烟气温度对低低温电除尘器的影响,评估了长时间运行的稳定性,设计了高压电源的节能措施。测试表明:低低温电除尘器具有较好的炉型、煤种、负荷适应性,在足够比集尘面积的前提下可实现出口烟尘浓度低于10 mg/m^3。
As the complex conditions of different kind boilers,varying coals and low load,LLT-ESPs face more challenges in China. The impact of boiler,coal,load and gas temperature on LLT-ESP was analyzed and its stability was assessed. Then,an energy-saving potential measure for LLT-ESPs was proposed. Test results showed that the outlet dust concentration of LLTESP which has been equipped with enough specific collection area( SCA) could be less than 10 mg/m^3.
