摘要
为达到政府对新疆地区燃煤电厂提出的超低排放的要求,目前新疆各大发电集团都在对现役机组现有的环保设施进行优化改造。目前我国二氧化硫执行的排放标准是不超过200 mg/m^3(100 mg/m3新建),而超低排放的要求是不超过35 mg/m^3,降幅达到了87.5%(65%),对于疆内电厂目前的脱硫设施存在较大的压力。以新疆地区燃煤电厂为研究对象,通过对全疆13家燃煤电厂脱硫系统的超低排放改造技术进行调查和分析,并重点介绍目前疆内几种主流的脱硫系统超低排放改造的方式、原理,并提出改造以后可能存在的一些问题,希望能够为后续燃煤电厂脱硫系统的超低排放改造提供参考。
In order to achieve the government's demand for ultra-low emissions from coal-fired power plants in Xinjiang,the major power generation groups in Xinjiang is optimizing the existing environmental protection facilities of active units. At present,China's sulfur dioxide emissions standard is not more than 200 mg/m^3( 100 mg/m^3,new),and ultra-low emission requirements is not more than 35 mg/m^3,with a decrease of 87. 5%( 65%). There is great pressure on the desulfurization facilities of power plants in Xinjiang. In this paper,taking Xinjiang coal-fired power plants as the research object,through investigating and analyzing ultra-low emission transformation technology in 13 coal-fired power plants' desulfurization systems,the methods and principles of ultra-low emission transformation for several mainstream desulfurization systems in Xinxiang were introduced. The paper put forward some problems existed after the transformation,hoping to provide reference for the ultralow-emission transformation of the desulphurization system in coal-fired power plants.
