摘要
京津冀地区作为我国重要的工业基地,近年来频频出现重雾霾天气,对此政府陆续出台了各种减排措施。燃煤源是重要的大气污染源之一,燃煤工业和生活锅炉的大量使用是造成空气污染的重要影响因素。以2012年为基准年,通过构建排放清单,对京津冀地区"电代煤"、"气代煤"、"锅炉提质增效"、"散煤清洁化"、"上大压小"、"压减产能"6种控限煤政策对燃煤锅炉大气污染物(SO_2、NO_x、TSP)排放进行定量计算,分析控限煤政策下京津冀地区燃煤锅炉的减排潜力,并据此提出未来相应的排放控制对策.
As an important industrial area in China,frequent heavy smog occurred in Jing-Jin-Ji Region and the government carried out various emission reduction measures. Coal source was one of the important air pollution sources,and the coal-fired industry and domestic boiler was an important factor to aggravate air pollution. By constructing the emission inventory of the Jing-Jin-Ji Region,the effects of six control coal policies( electricity instead of coal,natural gas instead of coal,improving quality and efficiency,clean coal,large capacity instead of small,reduce capacity) on coal-fired boiler air pollution( SO2,NOx and TSP) were quantificated. Environmental benefits brought by these polocies had analyzed,and the corresponding emission control countermeasures was proposed in this paper.
