高校人才资源竞争现状探析——以2007-2015年当选中国科学院院士职业流动为例 被引量:5

Exploring the Competitive Situation of Human Resource in Higher Education——Based on Job Mobility of Academicians in Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2007 to 2015

摘要 在对2007-2015年当选的226位中国科学院院士的职业流动数据进行分析后发现,从院士群体来看,所谓的高校"挖人大战"是部分高校与少数高层次人才间的"游戏",媒体有夸大之嫌;高层次人才市场"有价无市",影响学术圈的可持续发展;高层次人才在职业生涯探索与建立阶段积淀的工作资源对其职业流动有较大的影响;适度、公开的工作要求对于高层次人才工作动机的实现具有积极意义。 Analyzing their professional mobility of 226 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2007 to 2015, it finds that the so-called "talents-digging war" in university is only a "game" of very small number of institutions and elites, with exaggeration by some media; some colleges and universities control the high-level talents market, affecting the sustainable development of academic circle; job resources that accumulate in talents' explor- atory and establishing period may influence their career mobility; and suitable and open job demands have positive influence on their job motivation.
