摘要
学生参与大学治理有不同于规范表达层面的实践规律。对H大学的实证调查表明,在当前高校治理改革的背景下,以"大学生参与治校的策略应对"为主线,可将学生参与大学治理的行动事实归为控制性参与、指导性参与、约定性参与和自发性参与四种类型;其行动特征在三个层面上表征为"分化中的结合",即仪式主义与实用主义相互调适、群体性机制与个体化应对同时存在,法治期望与德性期待同时赋义;其行动逻辑交织在相互勾连、混合的行动事实之间,存在于行动特征三层面的动态整合中,可总结为"知情祛魅"、"差序选择"和"弱者互动"三重逻辑关系。
There are practical laws different from normative expression in students par- ticipation in university governance. Through investigating H University, it found that the ac- tion facts of students participation could be concluded in four forms including controllable participation, guiding participation, promissory participation and voluntary participation. Action characteristics were shown as the "combination of differentiation" in three aspects, which were ritualism accommodating with pragmatism, the coexistence of group mecha- nisms and individual responses, expectation in rule of law being co-paraphrased with morali- ty expectation. Logic of action were intertwined in mutual mixed action, existing in the dy- namic integration process of concept, construction and order, which could be concluded in such three-level relationship as "disenchantment knowledge", "choice of difference" and "weak interaction".
