新时期大学生网络素养存在的问题与对策——基于浙江省部分高校的调查研究

Problems of College Students' Network Literacy in the New Era and Their Solutions——Investigation from Universities in Zhejiang

提升大学生网络素养是信息化时代高校立德树人的重要内容,也是提高大学生网络适应力的重要举措。通过对浙江省部分高校的调查分析发现,当前大学生网络素养普遍存在自主学习意识欠缺、独立批判意识淡薄、时间管理意识较差、自我发展意识不强、道德责任意识薄弱等问题。解决这些问题,需要我们从学生、家庭、学校、社会、政府等方面入手构建"五位一体"的大学生网络素养提升体系。

Network literacy promotion is not only the essential part of moral education and talent cultivating in universities in the information age, but also an important measure to enhance students＇ adaptive capacity. Investigating some universities in Zhejiang, it found that there were deficiencies in respect of self-learning awareness, independent critical think- ing, time-management consciousness, self-development awareness and moral obligation awareness. To solve those problems, it should build a ＂ five-in-one＂ college students＇ net- work literacy promotion system involving students, families, universities, the society and the government.
