右归丸加减治疗2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Yougui Pills Treating Non-proliferative Retinopathy of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的：观察右归丸加减对2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变的临床治疗效果。方法：选取64例2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各32例,对照组应用常规药物进行治疗,观察组使用常规药物联合右归丸加减治疗。治疗时间均为3个月,治疗结束后对比两组患者视力、眼底病变的改善情况及临床有效率,同时对两组患者治疗前后血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）进行检测对比。结果：经过3个月的治疗后,观察组患者的视力改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者眼底病变情况均得到了显著的改善，将两组患者进行对比，观察组眼底病变改善情况要优于对照组（P〈0．05）；gE察组治疗总有效率为91．84％，对照组治疗总有效率为79．17％，观察组的治疗效果显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗前血清VEGF水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组患者血清中VEGF水平有所下降，与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组患者血清中VEGF水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：右归丸加减联合常规治疗药物对2型糖尿病非增殖期视网膜病变患者的疗效优于单纯应用常规药物治疗,通过显著降低血清VEGF水平,抑制非增值期病变向增殖期进一步发展。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yougui Pill in treating non-proliferative retinopathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： Sixty-four patients with type 2 diabetic non-proliferative retinopathy were selected as the subjects and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional drugs and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs combined with Modified Yougui Pill. The time of treatment was three months and at the end of treatment,we compared the visual acuity,the improvement of fundus lesions,clinical efficiency and the level of vascular endothelial growth factor in serum of the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After three months of treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The fundus lesions of two groups were significantly improved. Compared with the two groups,the improvement of fundus lesions in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 91. 84% in the observation group and 79. 17% in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.There was no significant difference in the level of VEGF between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. Compared the levels of VEGF before and after treatment,those were decreased in both groups and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The level of VEGF in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy efficacy of Modified Yougui Pill combined with conventional drugs was better than single conventional drugs for patients with the type 2 diabetes non-proliferative retinopathy,by significantly reducing the level of VEGF and further inhibiting development from non-proliferation to proliferation.
