船舶工程专业国际化人才培养问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of International Talent Training for Ship Engineering Specialty

伴随着全球经济和信息一体化的迅猛发展,我国外资、合资造船企业不断扩容的同时,国内船舶企业国际化程度也在不断增强,对船舶工程专业国际化人才需求越来越迫切。然而,当前该专业国际化人才培养中还存在人才培养不足、人才培养模式不完善等问题。文章基于国际化人才培养的目标和要求,对国际化人才的素质与特征、我校船舶工程专业国际化人才培养存在的现状与问题以及建议和思考展开了较深入的分析与研究,希望能为船舶工程专业国际化人才培养起到积极推动作用。

With the rapid development of global economy and information integration, the internationalization of domestic shipbuilding enterprises is increasing while foreign and joint venture enterprises are expanding, the international talents are more and more demanded in China＇s Shipping Industry. However, some problems are still existed in the international talents training for ship engineering such as talents training shortage and imperfect training mode. Based on the goal and requirement of international talents training, quality and characteristics of international talents, present situation and problems for ship engineering as well as suggestions and thoughts are analyzed, hoping to play an active role in promoting international talents training.
