摘要
基于螺旋非圆锥齿轮模型,以提高螺旋非圆锥齿轮的力学性能为目的,使用有限元分析方法及有限元分析软件ANSYS,对螺旋非圆锥齿轮轮齿进行力学性能分析,得到力学分析结果。分析结果验证了模型的正确性,并为螺旋非圆锥齿轮副应用于变传动比限滑差速器提供了技术支撑。
Based on spiral noncircular bevel gear model and in the aim of improving the mechanical properties of spiral non- circular bevel gear, this paper applied finite element analysis method and finite element analysis software ANSYS, which did the single-piece analysis of spiral noncircular bevel gear teeth and then came out the result of mechanical analysis. The analysis results verified the correctness of the model, and provided technical support for the application of spiral noncircular bevel gear pair to variable ratio limited slip differentials.
