中外合作办学下以国际化为核心的基层党组织建设探究

随着"一带一路"倡议的推进,我国高等教育国际化水平不断提高,教育交流和经贸往来一样成为"一带一路"建设的关键词。党的十八大以来,在国家开放大局中谋划教育新定位、展现教育新作为,全方位、多层次、宽领域的教育对外开放格局已经形成。高等教育国际化背景下的党建工作,尤其是基层党组织的建设与发展,都必须树立国际化新理念、优化工作内容与方法,持续强化以"国际化"为核心的高校党组织建设,从充分发挥党组织政治核心作用、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观提高师生思想文化认同感着手,以期增强中外合作办学党建工作的主动性、实效性和针对性,从而加强高校基层党组织建设。

With the advancement of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ strategy, the level of internationalization of higher education in China has been continuously improved, and educational exchanges and economic and trade exchanges have become key words in the construction of ＂One Belt and One Road＂. Since the party＇s 18th National Congress of the People＇s Republic of China, in the country＇s opening up of the overall situation, it has planned a new orientation of education and demonstrated new educational practices. A comprehensive, multi-level, and wide-ranging education opening pattern has been formed. The party building work in the context of the internationalization of higher education, especially the construction and development of grassroots party organizations, must establish new concepts ofinteruationalization, optimize the content and methods of work, and continue to strengthen the construction of party organizations at the core of＂internationalization＂. Give full play to the core political role of the party organization, cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism and raising the ideological and cultural identity of teachers and students, with a view to enhancing the initiative, effectiveness, and pertinence of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools to strengthen the construction ofgrassroots party organizations in colleges and universities.
