高等医科院校基层“三型”党支部建设研究——以南方医科大学中医药学院本科生第一党支部为例

高等医科院校是培养医学人才的摇篮,高校基层党支部是学生党员发展、培养与教育的直接把关者、指导者和培育者,建设"学习型、服务型、创新型"的"三型"党支部是党对于基层党支部建设的基本要求,现当下高等医科院校部分基层"三型"党支部建设存在学生党员理论学习不深入、服务奉献意识淡薄、党建创新与专业脱节的情况,应当在把握高等医科院校学生特征和当下学生党员的时代发展特征基础之上,从线上线下夯实党员理论学习、创建党建服务实践平台、创新专业特色党建活动方面来入手加强基层"三型"党支部建设工作。
