摘要 幼儿教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,幼儿心理健康的培养,良好行为习惯的养成,健全人格的形成与幼儿教师健康的心理状态密切相关。关注幼儿教师尤其是民办幼儿园教师的心理健康刻不容缓,很多学者对幼儿教师心理健康状况做了大量研究,对目前幼儿教师的心理健康状况表示堪忧。但对民办幼儿园教师心理健康的研究较少,对于西部经济欠发达地区和民办幼儿园教师心理健康状况的研究相对滞后。 Preschool education is an important part of basic education in our country. The cultivation of preschool children's mental health, the development of good behavior habit and the formation of sound personality are closely related to the preschool teachers' health state of mind. It is urgent to pay attention to the mental health of kindergarten teachers, especially private kindergarten teachers. Many scholars have made a great deal of researches on the mental health status of kindergarten teachers and expressed their worries about the current mental health status of kindergarten teachers. However, there are few researches on the mental health of teachers in private kindergartens, and the research on the mental health of underdeveloped areas and private kindergartens in the western regions lags behind.
