临床药师参与治疗1例儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎报道

Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in the Treatment of One Child with Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的:探讨临床药师在难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)治疗中的作用,为药师深入临床实践工作提供参考。方法:临床药师作为医疗团队中的一员,参与1例RMPP患儿的治疗,充分运用药学专业知识在医疗团队中发挥作用。结果:临床药师协助医师制定了合理的药物治疗方案,规范了超说明书用药,并对患儿进行了药学监护。结论:药师深入临床实践,可在保障临床安全、合理用药方面发挥积极作用。

Objective： To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（ RMPP）,so as to provide reference for pharmacists to develop in-depth clinical practice. Methods： As a member of the medical team,the clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment of one child with RMPP and made full use of pharmaceutical knowledge to play an essential role in the medical team. Results： The clinical pharmacists assisted the clinicians to formulate rational medication regimen,standardize the off-label drug usage and carry out pharmaceutical care for the child. Conclusion： Pharmacists play an active role in ensuring safety and rational use of drugs in in-depth clinical practice.
