推动金融市场一体化,促进京津冀协同发展;雄安新区要借助监管沙盒发展金融科技;布局不良资产处置,盘活实体落后产能;在金融支持实体经济发展方面,必须按照创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的"五位一体"新发展理念,围绕经济转型和产业升级,选择金融支持实体经济领域的具体对象,同时发挥金融在"去产能""去库存""去杠杆""降成本""补短板"中的作用。
