Modularization,the Global Value Chain and Upgrading Path of the Manufacturing Cluster

模块化作为新的生产、分工与组织模式,必然对制造业集群升级产生深远影响。借助产业集群升级的全球价值链分析框架,讨论了模块化带动制造业集群升级的内在机制,并选择新乡市电池产业集群进行案例研究。模块化导致全球价值链的分工模式、治理模式和市场结构变革,从而使集群流程升级、产品升级、功能升级和链条升级的路径出现新机会、新动能与阶段跨越。

As a new mode of production,division of labor and organization,modularization will inevitably have a far-reaching impact on the upgrading of the manufacturing cluster. Based on the analytical framework of the global value chain of industrial clusterupgrading, this paper has discussed the internal mechanism of modularization promoting the upgrading of manufacturing cluster, and has taken Xinxiang battery industrial cluster as an example to make case study. Modularization leads to the transformation of division of labor mode,governance mode and market structure in the global value chain,so that the path of cluster process upgrade,product upgrade,function upgrade and chain upgrade will appear new opportunities,new kineticenergy and stage spanning.
