“留城”抑或“回乡”:城市融合中青年农民工定居的理性决策

"Stay in the City" or "Return Home" : the Rational Decision of Youth Migrant Workers Settling down in Urban Integration

采用2010年中国综合社会调查数据,运用理性选择理论,从微观层面与系统层面分析哪些因素对青年农民工城市定居产生影响,并讨论该群体城市定居首要考虑的因素。研究发现:微观层面上的学历水平、党员身份、"流入地"家庭年收入以及"流入地"家庭居住支出对青年农民工城市定居有显著影响;系统层面上的就业制度环境、住房政策以及社会公平环境对青年农民工城市定居有显著影响,而社会保障制度对青年农民工城市定居没有显著影响;基于微观层面和系统层面因素理性考虑,青年农民工群体倾向性选择在小城市、县城/县级市和地级市定居,省会城市和直辖市对其定居没有吸引力。

The article uses the 2010 Chinese general social survey data and the theory of rational choice,from the micro and system level analysis of the factors which influence on the youth migrant workers settling down in city, and discussthe first factor to be considered in the urban settlement of this group. The study found： the level of education,party member identity, ＂inflow＂ annual household income and ＂inflow＂ household expensesfor the youth migrant workers settling down in cities had a significant impact;system level of employment system,housing policy and social fair environment had a significant influence to the youth migrant workers settling down in cities, and the social security system for the youth migrant workers settling down in cities were not significantly influence.Based on rational consideration of factors at the micro and system levels,young migrant workers tend to settle down in small cities,counties,county-level cities and prefecture-level cities,while provincial capitals and municipalities are not attractive to them.
