“高分五号”卫星多谱段集成TDI线列红外探测器 被引量:7

摘要 多谱段集成TDI线列红外探测器组件是"高分五号"卫星全谱段光谱成像仪的核心器件。为满足航天型号应用要求,华北光电技术研究所项目团队立足已有技术基础,创新性地开发了具有自主知识产权的"多谱段集成TDI线列红外探测器组件技术",引领了中国多谱段集成红外探测器技术的发展,谱段集成数量达到4个,分别实现了短中波4个谱段和长波4个谱段的集成,谱段从短波1.55μm覆盖至长波12.5μm,并根据探测组件在轨工作剖面,开展了地面8年寿命的试验考核。测试和试验结果表明:多谱段集成TDI线列红外探测器组件产品的性能、环境适应性和可靠性满足要求。 The multispectral linear TDI infrared detector array is one of the core detectors for the full-spectral-band imaging spectrometer of GF-5 satellite. In order to meet the application requirements, we developed "multispectral linear TDI infrared detector array technology" innovatively with self-owned intellectual property rights. This is the leading technology in the multispectral integrating infrared detector in China. The SW-MW multispectral integrating infrared detector and LW multispectral integrating infrared detector have 4 spectral-bandwidths respectively, covering the spectral band from 1.55μm to 12.5μm. According to the working profile of the spectrometer on orbit, we have verified the lifetime of 8 years by tests on ground. Test results show that the performances, the environmental adaptability and reliability can meet the requirements of the satellite.
