“高分五号”卫星生态环境领域应用前景 被引量:13

摘要 2018年5月9日发射的"高分五号"卫星是中国光谱分辨率最高的卫星,搭载了6台有效载荷。文章通过研究载荷的指标特征,结合国家生态环境管理的重点工作,分析了"高分五号"卫星在中国空气质量、污染气体、温室气体等大气污染防治工作,在重点湖库水质、饮用水源地安全、面源污染等水污染防治工作,在土壤污染地块、矿产开发土壤污染、土壤污染程度等土壤污染防治工作,在生态状况调查评估、生态红线监管、生物多样性等生态监管工作,以及在对中国环保督查、突发环境事件应急监测、"一带一路"战略实施等环境执法和应急工作中的遥感应用潜力,为"高分五号"卫星发射后的应用、研究和发展方向提升等提供参考。 GF-5 satellite carrying six payloads launched recently is the highest spectral resolution satellite in China at present. By studying the technical indexes of the payloads and combining the key work of the national ecological environment management, the potential environment application of GF-5 satellite is analyzed. Concretely, these application fields include the remote sensing monitoring of air quality, polluted gas, greenhouse gas, etc. for the prevention and control of air pollution, the remote sensing monitoring of water quality of lakes and reservoirs, safety of drinking water sources and non-point source pollution for the prevention and control of water pollution, the remote sensing monitoring of soil contaminated plots, mineral exploitation, soil pollution for the prevention and control of soil pollution, the remote sensing monitoring of ecological condition assessment, ecological red line regulation, biodiversity for the eco-environmental conservation, as well as the applications in the fields of environmental enforcement and emergency response such as the central environmental supervision, environmental emergency monitoring and the implementation of "One Belt And One Road" strategy. This research will provide references for the application, research and development direction of the GF-5 satellite.
