中药对“脾胃运化水液”功能双向调节的分子机制及其研究模式的建立与应用

Molecular Mechanism of Bidirectional Regulation of Chinese Herbs on Function of Spleen and Stomach Controlling Digestion and Establishment and Application of Research Model

中医＂脾胃病＂临床的双向调治是中医的优势与特色,其主要是通过中药的双向调节作用实现的。在以往研究基础上提出：＂中药对‘脾胃运化水液’功能的双向调节的分子机制是中药对平滑肌肌球蛋白功能的双向调节作用＂。通过本假说,文章建立了调节胃肠平滑肌功能的药物研究模式,并应用于药物初筛和机制的初步研究,为中药及方剂的现代研究提供了新的思路与选择。

The clinical bidirectional therapy is the advantage and characteristic of TCM,which is mainly induced by the bidirectional regulation of Chinese herbs. Based on the previous studies,the hypothesis was presented,that is,the molecular mechanism of bidirectional regulation of Chinese herbs on the function of spleen and stomach controlling digestion is mediated by the bidirectional regulation of Chinese herbs on the function of smooth muscle myosin. According to the hypothesis,a research model was established and used to drug screening,which provides a new way for the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription.
