摘要
2型糖尿病为常见慢性病,《内经》云：＂五脏皆柔弱者,善病消瘅＂,指出糖尿病基本病机为＂五脏柔弱＂,据此以脏腑辨证理论为指导,在与五味、五脏相联系的基础上提出五味消渴方治疗2型糖尿病,对其药物组成、配伍意义、药性特点及前景展望等进行了阐述,为中医药个体化防治糖尿病提供了新的思路。
Type 2 diabetes is an common chronic disease. The Emperor＇s Canon said that： ＂Five Zang-organs are all weak,easily to suffer the consumption disease＂,which pointed out that the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes was weakness of five Zang-fu organs. Accordingly to syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu theory as a guide,based on five flavors being related with five Zang-organs,this paper proposed Wuwei Xiaoke Decoction as the basic treatment of type 2 diabetes and explained the drug composition,the meaning of compatibility,addition and subtraction and prospect,providing new ideas for Chinese medicine individual prevention.
