自拟健脾温中汤联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Wenzhong Decoction and Chemotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：评价自拟健脾温中汤联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效、不良反应及对患者KPS评分、免疫功能的影响。方法：收集晚期胃癌患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组40例：多西他赛顺铂方案化疗,治疗组40例：对照组治疗基础上加自拟健脾温中汤。两组均治疗2个周期,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应、KPS评分及免疫功能变化。结果：治疗组总有效率（35%）高于对照组（27.5%）（P〈0.05）;治疗组白细胞、红细胞下降程度明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;化疗后治疗组患者KPS评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组化疗后免疫功能明显下降（P〈0.05）;治疗组化疗后免疫功能略有下降（P〉0.05）。两组患者化疗前免疫功能无明显差异,化疗后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：自拟健脾温中汤联合多西他赛顺铂方案治疗晚期胃癌,可提高化疗有效率,减少不良反应,提高患者生存质量和免疫功能。

Objective： This study was aimed at evaluating the clinical efficacy and side effects of Jianpi Wenzhong Decoction and chemotherapy on treatment of advanced gastric cancer and evaluating the influence on KPS score and immune function. Methods： A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group（n = 40,docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy） and the treatment group（n = 40,docetaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy ＋ Jianpi Wenzhong Decoction）. Two groups were treated for 2 cycles. Results： The result showed that the total effective rate（35%） of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（27. 5%）（P〈0. 05）. The decrease of the white blood cell and the red blood cell of treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of nausea and vomiting in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the KPS score of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0. 05）. The immunological function of the control group was significantly decreased（P〈0. 05）.There was no significant difference in immunological function between the two groups before chemotherapy and the difference was statistically significant after chemotherapy（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It is suggested that Jianpi Wenzhong Decoction combined with chemotherapy can improve the efficiency of chemotherapy and reduce the adverse reaction and improve the life quality and immune function of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
