中医治疗青光眼研究进展

Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Glaucoma

青光眼是仅次于白内障的导致视力丧失的主要病因,该病的致盲率大约为10%,且为不可治盲。其发病机制非常复杂,目前尚未完全清晰,西医手段在一定程度上可以降低眼压,但尚不能完全阻止青光眼视神经的损伤。因此,中医治疗青光眼越来越受到重视。但是中医治疗青光眼无论是基础研究还是临床研究都需要进一步深入的开展。文章旨在对青光眼的中医治疗方法包括中药、针刺等的研究现状进行综述,以为各位同道提供参考借鉴。

Glaucoma is the main cause leading to loss of vision after cataract and the blindness rate is about 10%,and can not be cured. Its pathogenesis is very complex. At present,pathogenesis has not yet completely clear. Western method can reduce the intraocular pressure to a certain extent,but cannot completely prevent glaucoma optic nerve damage. Therefore,in the treatment of glaucoma,more attention pays to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. But the use of traditional Chinese medicine method to treat glaucoma both in basic and clinical research need to be further. The purpose of this paper is to sum up Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,including the progress on research status of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and so on and provides a reference to colleagues.
