The Thermal Management of 5~#,6~#Coke Oven under Long Coking Time

在严峻的环保形势下,焦化厂5#、6#焦炉结焦时间延长到22 h以上。因此,制定出新的热工管理制度,以应对长时间结焦状态下的生产过程。通过采用新的加热制度、合理安排推焦计划,做好温度调控、压力调控、炉体维护等工作,保证了焦炭的生产质量,延长了炉体的使用寿命。

Under the severe environmental situation,the coking time of 5#,6#coke oven in the coking plant extended to more than 22 h. Therefore,the new thermal management system was developed,to cope with the production process under long coking time. Through taking the new heating system,and reasonable arrangement of coke pushing plan,such as temperature control,pressure control,furnace body maintenance work,the quality of coke production was ensured,and the service life of furnace body was prolonged.
