摘要
介绍了管带机可控给料系统的原理和改造特点,并对振动给料器的振动电机进行变频控制改造,实现工艺画面在线快速调整。提高了振动给料器的调整精确度,达到快速在线调节料流的目的。
In the paper,the principle and renovation characteristics of controlled feeding system for pipe belt machines were introduced,and the frequency conversion control and renovation for the vibration motor of vibratory feeder was carried out,realizing the online rapid adjustment of process picture. And thus,the precision of adjustment was improved,the goal of fast online material flow adjustment was achieved.
