莱钢焦化厂两套翻车机清篦破碎机系统由于频繁启动存在自耦变压器发热的问题,导致卸车能力不足,存在安全隐患。分析原因后,通过采用软启动器控制装置,降低了启动电流,延长了软启动器的使用寿命,对电网电压冲击影响减小。

For the autotransformer heating problem existing in two sets of grate crusher systems of car dumpers in Laiwu Steel coking plant,leading to the insufficient unloading capacity,and there was a hidden danger of security. After analyzing the reasons,through using the soft starter control unit,the starting current was reduced,the service life of soft starter was extended,and the shock influence on network voltage was reduced.
