干熄焦传统焦罐的衬板常发生断裂和脱落,造成干熄焦旋转密封阀卡料停机事故,应用新型焦罐,罐体由框架结构改为钢板卷制密封筒型结构,内衬采用特种轻质耐火材料浇筑而成,具有稳定性好、抗剥落、耐侵蚀、热量损失小等优点,延长了罐体的使用寿命。

The lining board of traditional coke dry quenching pots often broke and fell off,causing the seizing-up and shutdown accident of dry coke rotary sealing valves,and after using the new coke pots,the frame structure of pot body was changed into the sealed cylinder structure coiled with steel plates,and the lining board was poured with the lightweight refractory,and so it has the advantages of good stability,spalling resistance,erosion resistance and small heat loss,the service life of pot was prolonged.
