中药配方颗粒和传统中药饮片的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Herbal Medicine Dispensing Granules and Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Prepared Drug in Pieces

目的研究分析中药配方颗粒和传统中药饮片的临床应用情况。方法将2012—2016年我院饮片以及中药配方颗粒以及处方数进行统计和分析,并对其使用情况进行回访调查。结果 2012年—2016年饮片购进额以及处方数基本平稳,颗粒购进额占购进总额比例逐年增加。2012—2016年我院中药房内,肾气不足症药方使用占比较大。结论中药房内中药配方颗粒相比于传统中药饮片,使用量逐渐增加。

Objective To study clinical application analysis of Chinese herbal medicine dispensing granules and traditional Chinese herbal medicine prepared drug in pieces. Methods From 2012 to 2016,Chinese herbal medicine dispensing granules and traditional Chinese herbal medicine prepared drug in pieces in our hospital were analyzed,and the using status of the investigation was made. Results From2012 to 2016,the purchase amount and the number of prescriptions were basically stable,and the proportion of granules purchases to the total purchases increased year by year. In the Chinese medicine pharmacy of our hospital from 2012 to 2016,the use of prescription for deficiency of kidney qi is relatively large. Conclusion Comparing with the traditional Chinese medicine tablets,the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine prescription granules increased gradually.
