葛柳定眩汤治疗颈源性高血压伴眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Geliu Dingxuan Decoction in the Treatment of Cervical Hypertension with Vertigo

目的探讨葛柳定眩汤治疗颈源性高血压伴眩晕的临床疗效。方法将2015年1月—2017年6月在我院进行治疗的100例颈源性高血压伴眩晕患者作为研究对象,并将其按照治疗方案的不同随机分成观察组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组患者给予培他司丁治疗,观察组患者给予葛柳定眩汤治疗,对2组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论葛柳定眩汤应用于颈源性高血压伴眩晕患者治疗中能显著提高临床疗效,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Geliu Dingxuan decoction in the treatment of cervical hypertension with vertigo.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital,100 cases of cervical vertigo patients with hypertension were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatments,they were randomly divided into observation group（n = 50） and control group（n =50）. The control group was treated with betahistine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Geliu Dingxuan decoction. The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Geliu Dingxuan decoction in the treatment of cervical hypertension with vertigo can significantly improve the clinical effect,and it has high value in clinical application.
