自拟养阴通络汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Yangyin Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨自拟养阴通络汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2017年10月在沈阳市第二中医医院针灸科就诊的80例脑梗死后遗症。随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取针刺治疗,试验组40例,采取自拟养阴通络汤联合针刺治疗。比较2组患者神经功能缺损评分情况。结果试验组使用自拟养阴通络汤联合针刺治疗脑梗死后遗症,2组患者观察指标比较,组内比较,治疗后均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死后遗症患者采取自拟养阴通络汤联合针刺治疗,可以明显改善患者的神经功能缺损情况,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of self-made Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2017 to October 2017 in department of acupuncture and moxibustion of Shenyang second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,80 cases of cerebral infarction sequelae patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group of 40 cases was treated with acupuncture,and the experimental group of 40 cases took selfmade Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture therapy. The neural function defect scale in patients of two groups was compared. Result Comparison of two groups of patients’ observation index,intra-group comparison after treatment were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Self-made Yangyin Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction can obviously improve the patient’s neurologic deficits,improve the patient’s quality of life,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
