在治疗单纯性肠梗阻实施中医特色护理的作用

The Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing in the Treatment of Simple Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨在单纯性肠梗阻治疗中实施中医特色护理的作用。方法在本院于2014年10月—2017年10月期间收治的单纯性肠梗阻患者中随机选择82例进行研究分组,通过随机分组,对照组为常规护理干预,观察组为中医特色护理干预,各41例,观察2组疗效及康复速度。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.56%,显著高于对照组80.49%,P<0.05;观察组症状消失时间及排气排便时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.05。结论在单纯性肠梗阻治疗期间实施中医特色护理可有效缓解患者症状,减轻不适感,并加快康复速度,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the treatment of simple intestinal obstruction. Method From October 2014 to October 2017,82 patients with simple intestinal obstruction were randomly selected and divided into two groups. Through the random grouping,the control group was given the routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. Each group had 41 cases. The curative effect and the rehabilitation speed were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 97. 56% which was significantly higher than 80. 49% of the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The time of disappearance of symptoms and the time of exhaust and defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions During the treatment of simple intestinal obstruction,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,relieve discomfort,and speed up the recovery. The clinical application value is high,and it is worth popularizing.
