周少虎教授从瘀论治阴茎硬结症的经验

Experience of Professor Zhou Shaohu in the Treatment of Peyronie's Disease from the Perspective of Blood Stasis

阴茎硬结症,临床发病率并不高,多发于中年男性的一种良性病变。阴茎硬结症一般无特殊不适,当阴茎勃起时可有疼痛及阴茎弯曲,严重者可有性交困难与阳痿等症。周少虎教授长期从事男科临床,医术精湛,倡导"男科病从瘀论治"学说。认为阴茎硬结证多属血瘀阻滞为患,治疗当以活血通络、化瘀散结为主,并提出"辛润化瘀通络"的治法。自拟"化瘀消结汤"治疗气滞血瘀所致阴茎硬结症,疗效满意。

The morbidity of Peyronie＇s disease is not high,it is a benign lesion,which usually occurs in middle-aged men. Patients with Peyronie＇s disease often has no special sensation,the disease manifests with penis pain and phallocampsis as penis erects,which can lead to difficult intercourse and erecticle dysfunction if it is serious. Professor Zhou Shaohu has been engaged in clinical treatment of male diseases for a long time,advocates the theory of treating male diseases from the perspective of blood stasis,and his medical skill is consummate. He believes that the main pathogenesis of Peyronie＇s disease is the blockage of blood stasis,deeming that treating Peyronie＇s disease in terms of promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels,removing blood stasis and dissolving lump. He also puts forward the therapy of using the pungent and moistening to remove blood stasis and dredge the collaterals by using self-made Huayu Xiaojie decoction in treating Peyronie＇s disease manifesting with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,which yields satisfactory efficacy.
