熄风通络颗粒联合经皮穴位电刺激对脑卒中患者肢体功能的临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation on Xifeng Tongluo Granule Combined with Transcutaneous Accupoint Electrical Stimulation on Limb Function of Stroke Patients

摘要 目的观察熄风通络颗粒联合经皮穴位电刺激对脑卒中患者肢体功能的应用效果。方法 84例脑卒中患者随机分为试验组(43例)和对照组(41例),对照组采用常规治疗方法并接受穴位安慰刺激,试验组在脑卒中常规治疗方法的基础上加用熄风通络颗粒联合经皮穴位电刺激治疗的方法,持续2周。根据中医证候疗效评定标准(TCM)、简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评分及运动诱发电位(MEP)观察患者肢体功能的变化。结果试验组患者中医证候表现得到改善,Fugl-Meyer评分得到提高,MEP潜伏期及波幅得到改善,同对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者应用熄风通络颗粒联合经皮穴位电刺激可改善患者的临床症状及肢体功能,日常生活能力得到提高,效果优于传统治疗方法,可在患者中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of Xifeng Tongluo granule combined with transcutaneous accupoint electrical stimulation on limb function of stroke patients. Methods 84 patients were divided into the control group( n = 41) and the experimental group( n = 43). The control group was treated with conventional treatment and placebo stimulation,while the experimental group was treated with Xifeng Tongluo granule and transcutaneous accupoint electrical stimulation on the base of conventional treatment. Two weeks later,the TCM syndrome score,Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,the latency,amplitude of motor evoked potential( MEP) were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the TCM symptoms,the level of FMA and MEP,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Xifeng Tongluo granule combined with can improve the clinical syndrome,limb function and daily living,the effect is better than traditional treatment methods,and it could be applied in the stroke patients.
