针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛55例

Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation for 55 Cases

目的探讨针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛患者的临床效果。方法 2015年3月—2017年3月期间,选择本院收治的行腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗且遗留疼痛患者110例进行研究,随机分为2组各55例,对照组为常规治疗,观察组为针灸治疗,评价2组疼痛缓解及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛明显改善,且在治疗7 d和14 d明显轻于对照组,P<0.05;观察组与对照组治疗有效率分别为96.36%、83.64%,P<0.05。结论在腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛治疗中采用针灸治疗方法可尽快缓解疼痛,提高生活质量,并进一步改善腰部功能,临床价值较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on postoperative pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods During the period from March 2015 to March 2017,110 cases of patients with postoperative pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment. The observation group received acupuncture treatment. Evaluation on the pain relief and clinical curative effect was made. Results The pain in the observation group was significantly improved,and was significantly lighter than that in the control group on the 7 th and 14 th days after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96. 36% and83. 64% respectively（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion on postoperative pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can relieve pain,improve quality of life and further improve waist function as soon as possible,which has high clinical value.
