中西医结合治疗急性高血压脑出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Acute Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探析中西医结合治疗急性高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法将我院2016年3月—2017年10月期间接受治疗的92例急性高血压脑出血患者选为观察对象,依据随机抽签法分为2组,即对照组(46例)、观察组(46例)。对照组患者接受西医治疗,观察组患者接受中西医结合治疗,对2组患者临床疗效、神经功能、昏迷情况及炎性因子水平予以统计比较。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血小板抗原(Hpa)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性高血压脑出血患者应用中西医结合治疗的临床效果十分显著,值得临床进一步推广与借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group of 46 cases and observation group of 46 cases according to randomized random sampling. The patients in the control group received Western medical treatment. The patients in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy,neurological function,coma and inflammatory factors in the two groups were statistically compared. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The GCS score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of VEGF,hs-CRP and Hpa in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is very significant,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
