中医护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的应用效果

The Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨并分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术后中医护理干预的效果。方法选取笔者所在医院于2016年9月—2017年9月一年期间接收的60例胆囊切除患者,将其按照挂号顺序分为2组并将其命名为中医护理组与常规护理组,每组30例,其中常规护理组患者行本院常规护理措施,中医护理组患者在常规护理基础之上行中医护理措施,对患者护理后并发症的发生情况、护理满意程度进行分析。结果经护理后,中医护理组的30例患者并发症的发生低于常规护理组,临床护理满意程度上,中医护理组患者的护理满意程度明显高于常规护理组,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于腹腔镜胆囊切除患者行中医护理措施,能够有效减少临床并发症的发生,有效提高临床护理满意程度,临床应予以推广及使用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method 60 cases of cholecystectomy patients from September 2016 to September 2017 were divided into TCM nursing group and routine nursing group according to the registration order,with 30 cases in each group. The routine nursing group received routine nursing measures,and the TCM group received TCM nursing measures on the basis of the control group. The nursing complications and nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results After nursing,The incidence of complications in the TCM nursing group was lower than that in the routine nursing group,and the degree of clinical nursing satisfaction in the routine nursing group was significantly higher than that in the TCM nursing group（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing on laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, effectively improve the clinical nursing satisfaction,and it should be popularized and used in clinical practice.
