贵州省中医院门诊中药处方调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Chinese Herbal Medicine Prescription at Outpatient Service of Guizhou Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:对贵州省中医院门诊中药处方进行调查,分析门诊处方可能存在的不合理问题,以规范临床用药。方法:采取随机抽样的方法随机抽取该门诊中药处方2400张,根据《处方管理办法》和《中药处方格式书写规范》对其进行分析点评。结果:2400张处方中男女比例为0.88∶1,平均每张处方用药10.7味,不规范处方有111张,占处方总数的4.6%,其中未标明用法占0.58%,脚注未写或书写错误占1.13%。结论:贵州省中医院应加强临床药师干预,以规范中药处方的书写,提高中药处方的合格率,同时应加强提升中药师的综合素质,以促进中药合理使用。

Objective： To invest Chinese herbal medicine prescription at the outpatient service of Guizhou Provincial Hospital of TCM, and analyze the potential problems that may exist in the prescriptions as to stand- ardize the clinic drug use. Methods： 2400 prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine in the outpatient service were randomly selected by sampling, analyzed and made comments based on the Regulations on Prescription Administration and the Provisions on Writing Criterion of Chinese Medicine Prescription. Results： According to 2,400 prescriptions from the survey, the male and female ratio was 0.88：1. 10.7 kinds of herbal medicine were included in each prescription, and the number of improper prescription was 111, taking up 4.6%. Among them, 0.58% didn＇t mark the usage, and 1.13% had no footnotes or had errors in writing. Conclusion： The interven- tion on clinical pharmacists should be strengthened in Guizhou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to stand- ardize the writing of Chinese herbal medicine prescription and to improve the qualified rate of them. Meanwhile,it is necessary to enhance the comprehensive quality of Chinese pharmacists so as to promote the rational use of Chinese medicine.
