摘要 刀具设计水平的高低是制约制造业发展的关键因素之一,基于成熟CAD软件的二次开发技术是提升刀具设计效率的有效方法。本文针对刀具设计中的二次开发技术的发展现状进行了总结,并对新形势下的发展趋势进行了展望。首先,对刀具设计的一般方法和设计难点进行分析。其次,通过二次开发平台、二次开发技术以及二次开发的具体应用等方面的分析,全面展示了刀具设计中二次开发技术的发展现状。最后,结合目前针对人工智能、大数据等研究热点的分析,对未来刀具设计中二次开发技术的发展趋势进行了展望。 The level of cutter design is one of the key factors that restrict the development of manufacturing industry.The secondary development technology based on mature CAD software is an effective method to improve the design efficiency of cutting tools. This paper summarizes the development status of the secondary development technology in the cutting cutter design,and looks forward to the development trend in the new situation. First of all,the general method and design difficulties of cutter design are analyzed. Secondly,through the analysis of the secondary development platform,the secondary development technology and the specific application of the two developments,this paper comprehensively shows that the development status of the secondary development technology in cutter design. Finally,according to the analysis of the hot topics of artificial intelligence and big data,the development trend of the secondary development technology in the future cutter design is prospected.
